Traveling Notary

$99.00

After Hours and Weekends only service in the GKC region. $5.00 notary fee per signature plus travel expenses of 75 cents per mile to and from my place of business according to Google Maps shortest distance routing, minimum 6 miles total ($4.50) . What you need: Each person whose signature will be notarized to be present with government issued ID (no employment IDs). Documents must be notarizable— some documents cannot be notarized. If you have questions about this, please email me. When booking, please tell me how many people will be notarized, the location and time, and what kind of notarization you need. I cannot help you with this, except offer you the two options.

An acknowledgement means I have verified that to the best of my ability to do so, you are you and you signed the document. A jurat is where you affirm that everything in the document is true to the best of your knowledge. There are many documents that specify what kind of notarization is needed, because they say either that the notary acknowledges or that you swear and subscribe to the information in the document. If your document doesn’t say one or the other, it doesn’t have notarization language and I will have to provide that myself but you need to tell me which is needed. In this case I have to provide the sheet with the language and number of signature lines.

If incomplete or inaccurate information is provided and I have to return to my place of business for a different form, additional mileage will be charged to and from, plus a $20 document fee will be charged to create and print it out.

Fees will be charged during the notarization process. I accept cash, credit and debit cards and cash app.
